I recently purchased a home built in the early 1900s. I felt annoyed and a little embarrassed every time I looked at the old, out of date, out of service gas fireplace.
Legendess eased my mind yesterday and FINALLY got a pesky new home owner task off my plate. If you just moved in and have been “waiting until next week” to get that new homeowner plumbing task off your plate this is the company to call!

From the first phone call to the service, everything went really smoothly. John was my technician and the owner. He is kind, respectful, works quickly and informative. I could tell he takes pride in his company and his work. This was the first time I used them and will have their number for all of my future plumbing needs both at work and at home.

-he added a thermostatic mixing valve to my shampoo bowls at my salon so the water would not fluctuate so dramatically.

Joe is friendly and very diligent. He took the the time to make the work was done correctly and went extra mile. He explained what needed to be done clearly.

I suppose it may be unfair to say we got
Hosed as ALL plumbers overcharge. We had a clogged toilet. Instead of a snake in the drain, they removed the toilet.

I can not say enough good things about this company. The employees are all friendly and communicative. They clean up after themselves so that you don’t even know they have been at your house. They check and recheck their work to make sure it is perfectly done.

Legendess is the best plumbing company i ever used in 45 years of home ownership. The employees are professional and are able to explain well the project they are working on. When I called on a Sunday to request a new water heater as mine had ceased to function, they were here Monday morning and installed a new quality heater. Joe McShea was fabulous.

This was the best experience. I called to get help after another plumber didn’t call back. The office manager picked up the phone and got me scheduled. I got text and email notifications that the plumber was on his way. John and Quinn came out and evaluated the issue and gave me three options to resolve my drain issue. We agreed and got it done the same day. It didn’t matter that it was late in the afternoon, they wanted to get it handled. They were so professional and respectful of my property and house. I can't thank John and his team enough for their help. We were experiencing problem after problem in our new home and had 6 other plumbers (larger companies) try to help us. While their primary motivation was to get their quick paycheck and leave, John came in and found the systematic issue leading to all of our problems. He was incredibly understanding and patient with our situation, spending 6+ hours to resolve the issue and be absolutely sure it wasn't going to happen again by checking the whole house with cameras. Very pleased with the job John from Legendess Plumbing did. When our water line broke, he came out first thing the next day and quoted us a lower price than the other plumber we contacted. His team was efficient and did great work laying the new line. They even hauled away some old landscaping beams that had to come out as part of the job. John was very generous with his time in explaining things to us as new homeowners, including advice on insurance add-ons, boiler upkeep, and water bill reimbursement.
