John and his team are absolutely fantastic. I worked with them originally a few years ago after a contractor disaster. The folks at Legendess know exactly what they're doing, are extremely transparent, and easy to talk with.

After having some recent issues I reached out because I was very thankful for their previous expertise. I was having the hard water in Delco eating away and clogging my plumbing, causing issues with water pressure in my upstairs bathroom. John suggested the Halo Ultimate system as a solution in conjunction with changing out some of the plumbing that was old and not ideal. It was a big decision but I'm so glad we did. The change was noticeable immediately. No more chlorine smell to the water and you can feel the difference in your skin and hair when using soap and shampoo.

This was the best experience. I called to get help after another plumber didn’t call back. The office manager picked up the phone and got me scheduled. I got text and email notifications that the plumber was on his way. John and Quinn came out and evaluated the issue and gave me three options to resolve my drain issue. I can't thank John and his team enough for their help. We were experiencing problem after problem in our new home and had 6 other plumbers (larger companies) try to help us. Very pleased with the job John from Legendess Plumbing did. When our water line broke, he came out first thing the next day and quoted us a lower price than the other plumber we contacted. His team was efficient and did great work laying the new line. They even hauled away some old landscaping beams that had to come out as part of the job. John was very generous with his time in explaining things to us as new homeowners, including advice on insurance add-ons, boiler upkeep, and water bill reimbursement. We had a cracked water line in our front yard, and Legendess did a great job replacing the pipe from start to finish. They were very responsive and able to come out immediately. John and Quinn kept us informed throughout the process, worked efficiently, and were neat when coming in and out of the house. On top of that, they went above and beyond by moving our extremely heavy treadmill to access what they needed and even put it back afterward! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of reliable and high-quality service.

I am so incredibly grateful for Legendess Plumbing, as they were able to help put my mind at ease after buying my house.
During the Inspection process it was determined the water heater was in extremely poor shape, which meant I was in immediate need of a replacement.
The Legendess Plumbing company came to me by recommendation and did not disappoint.
The front office was able to schedule an evaluation appointment, which was followed up by a confirmation email, as well as a visual notification identifying the Technician when he was on his way. All three of these steps went a long way in assuring I was comfortable entering into this process with a trustworthy company.
I dealt with John Mark who not only assessed the immediate water heater need, but he also allowed me to ask about other things identified on my inspection report.
I was able to review my solution choices prior to him leaving the appointment, and when I asked if he could be available to do the work on my settlement day (during the Holiday week), he quickly confirmed he would.
When that day came, Legendess Plumbing promptly arrived as expected, they were courteous and respectful of the house and the people in it.
They methodically performed the list of action items, until the job was completed. I was given an overview of the work, as well as maintenance needs.
Once satisfied they met / exceeded my expectations, they cleaned their way out of my residence. I kid you not, they left the place cleaner than they found it.
