I had one of those first time homeowners NIGHTMARE happen when it seemed like all of our pipes were backing up, as no waste was leaving the house. As you can imagine, this was absolutely horrifying.One call to Johnny at Legendess plumbing completely saved our summer.The level of professionalism and honesty about what was going on was a breath of fresh air in a world where you always have to worry someone is taking advantage of you. We have used Legendess Plumbing a few times now, both small jobs and large projects. I can not say anything but good things about them! First of all, John, our technician is what I would call a Master Plumber. All work was done correctly, neatly, professionally and as outlined from the start. I needed a gas line moved for a home project and called Legendess mid-morning. The woman I spoke with set me up with a window of time to have a technician come by for a consult. Immediately following the call, I received an email as well as a text confirmation for my appointment. Once the technician was en route, I received another text with a link to track his ETA.Mark arrived shortly thereafter and proceeded to evaluate the situation, quickly coming up with a few options to complete the job. After confirming the parts required to perform the work, he went to the distributor to gather the materials. He returned within two hours and took about 90 minutes from start to finish, after which he walked me through what was done and gave me an opportunity to ask any questions I may have had.Mark was professional, easy to talk to, and clearly very knowledgeable. His work was very tidy and I am very pleased with the results. Between the quality of the installation, the extremely fast response time, and the 10 year warranty on parts and labor, I would absolutely recommend Legendess for any of your plumbing needs, as that is all they do and they do it very well. John was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. When we saw a leak begin to collect in our living room ceiling we started to panic. John made time that day to come out, inspect, diagnose, and make sure the problem didn't get any worse. He took the time to show and explain to me everything that was going on, and the best way to go about the repair. He got the job finished in a couple hours the next morning, so we didn't go long without our bathroom.He's since been back to install new water lines for our refrigerator. I'd call him for anything. He is knowledgeable, affordable, friendly, and it's clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. Highly recommend.

Mark did a wonderful job. Very professional and very courteous. I work for a Catholic non profit Charity in the Kensington area of Phladelphia and getting someone to even show up or respond to a phone call is almost nearly impossible, but Mark responded and considering our limited funds worked with us in completing the job withing our budget. I would hire him again in a heartbeat. What a pleasant experience dealiing with him. Not your typical plumber.
